Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Roland Dunlap
Performances that end up on the highlight reel of memory are nothing new in Legacy Fighting Alliance. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a steamroller of a knockout artist looking to shift into second gear at LFA 110 on July 2 live from the Grand Hotel Resort and Casino in Oklahoma live on UFC Fight Pass to kick off the weekend of American independence. A professional mixed martial artist since July 2018 and representing Roufusport, Roland Dunlap owns a 2-0 record with both of his victories as a pro-MMA fighter thus far coming via knockout. Dunlap is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance, with one first-round finish under his belt. He has finished 100 percent of his wins during his time in the professional MMA ranks. Dunlap has yet to reach the scorecards at any point during his journey as a professional mixed martial artist thus far.
In his professional MMA debut at Battle Cry Cage Fighting Battle Cry 2018, he faced Billy Terry and went on to defeat him via TKO. Then in his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 104, Dunlap knocked out Obinwa Ikebunna in the first round. The victory earned Dunlap the second knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance in the process along with back-to-back knockout wins.
For his sophomore outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 110 on July 2, he will take on fellow finisher Joseph Holmes in an affair at Middleweight. Other fighters that are scheduled to appear on LFA 110 include UFC veteran Markus Perez, top Light Heavyweight prospect Joshua Silvera. and the return of undefeated prospects Jacqueline Amorim and Christian Natividad.
