The US Open begins next Monday August 30th.

Last week, Venus received a wild card into the Flushing Meadows major, but won’t need it now. Alycia Parks has been grated a US Open main-draw wild card.

It will be Venus Williams’ 91st Grand Slam main-draw appearance. Two-time US Open champion Venus made the Flushing Meadows final in her 1997 US Open debut.
